Birchermüesli
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 6 tbsp | rolled oats |
| 180 g | plain yoghurt |
| 3 tbsp | milk |
| 1 | lemon, use only the juice |
| 2 | red-skinned apple (e.g. Braeburn), coarsely grated |
| 250 g | berry (e.g. blackberries, raspberries or blueberries |
How it's done
Mix the rolled oats, yoghurt, milk and lemon juice. Add the apples and berries, mix.
