Ingredients

6 tbsp rolled oats
180 g plain yoghurt
3 tbsp milk
lemon, use only the juice
red-skinned apple (e.g. Braeburn), coarsely grated
250 g berry (e.g. blackberries, raspberries or blueberries

How it's done

Mix the rolled oats, yoghurt, milk and lemon juice. Add the apples and berries, mix.
