Carrot salad
Ingredients
for 4 person
1 tsp | mild mustard |
2 tbsp | apple vinegar |
3 tbsp | rapeseed oil |
1 pinch | sugar |
¾ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
800 g | carrot, coarsely grated |
How it's done
Whisk together the mustard, vinegar and oil. Add the sugar, season. Add the carrots, mix.
