Carrot salad
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 1 tsp | mild mustard |
| 2 tbsp | apple vinegar |
| 3 tbsp | rapeseed oil |
| 1 pinch | sugar |
| ¾ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 800 g | carrot, coarsely grated |
How it's done
Whisk together the mustard, vinegar and oil. Add the sugar, season. Add the carrots, mix.
