Ingredients

for 4 person

1 tsp mild mustard
2 tbsp apple vinegar
3 tbsp rapeseed oil
1 pinch sugar
¾ tsp salt
a little  pepper
800 g carrot, coarsely grated

How it's done

Whisk together the mustard, vinegar and oil. Add the sugar, season. Add the carrots, mix.
