2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
½ bunch flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
¼ bunch oregano, finely chopped
shallot, finely chopped
garlic clove, squeezed
red chilli, deseeded, finely chopped
¾ tsp salt
