French omelette
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 8 | fresh eggs |
| ½ dl | milk |
| a little | pepper or paprika |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| 10 g | butter |
How it's done
Beat the eggs and milk, season. Heat the butter in a non-stick frying pan. Pour ¼ of the egg mixture into the pan, cook over a medium heat for approx. 3 mins. until the omelette is firm at the edges. Loosen the edges of the omelette from the pan using a spatula, continue cooking until the omelette is firm, turn over. Use the remaining egg mixture to make 3 more omelettes.
