Stewed apples
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 400 g | apples, thinly sliced |
| 2 tbsp | lemon juice |
| ½ tbsp | butter |
| 2 tbsp | water |
How it's done
Drizzle the apple slices with lemon juice. Heat the butter in a pan. Sauté the apples, add the water, mix. Cover and simmer over a low heat for approx. 5 mins. Remove, allow to cool slightly in a bowl or transfer hot to jars rinsed in hot water, leave to cool.
