Basil hummus
Ingredients
for 2 portions
| 3 | garlic clove |
| 2 tbsp | sesame oil |
| 2 tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 bunch | basil |
| 2 tin | Karma Bio Kichererbsen (approx. 240 g), rinsed, drained |
| 1 tbsp | sesame oil |
| 1 | lemon, use grated zest, all of the juice |
| ½ tsp | ground cumin |
| ½ tsp | salt |
How it's done
Garlic and basil oil
Place the garlic and oil in a pan (the garlic should be approx. 1/2 covered), heat gently, fry the garlic until golden brown. Leave the garlic to cool in the oil. Add the basil, puree.
Hummus
Place the chickpeas and remaining ingredients in a blending cup, add the garlic and basil oil, puree.
