Pulled pork nachos

Ingredients

for 8 person

Pulled pork
1 pack pulled pork with BBQ sauce (approx. 620 g)
Nachos
150 g Blue tortilla chips with sea salt
1 tin sweetcorn (approx. 140 g), drained
red onion, cut into thin rings
6 tbsp smoky chipotle chili salsa
150 g Cheddar, coarsely grated
To bake
½ bunch coriander, leaves torn off

How it's done

Pulled pork

Heat the pulled pork according to the instructions on the packet, pull away the meat using two forks and mix with the sauce.

Nachos

Spread the nachos on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Top with the pulled pork, sweetcorn, onion, BBQ sauce and Cheddar cheese.

To bake

Approx. 5 mins. in the upper half of an oven preheated to 220°C. Remove from the oven, garnish with the coriander. Using a fork, eat straight from the tray or serve on plates.
