Ice Tea Pops
Ingredients
for 8 pieces
| 6 dl | water |
| 3 | herbal tea bags |
| 3 tbsp | agave syrup |
| 80 g | raspberries, halved |
| 1 | kiwi, halved and sliced |
| 1 | peach, pitted, quartered, sliced |
| 1 tbsp | lemon juice |
| 6 sprig | lemon balm |
How it's done
Bring the water to the boil and steep the teabags in it for approx. 10 mins. Remove the teabags and dissolve the agave syrup in the hot tea. Leave the tea to cool. Mix the fruits with the lemon juice. Alternately layer the fruits and lemon balm leaves into the lollipop moulds and top up with tea.
Freeze for at least 4-5 hrs.
