Ingredients

for 4 person

150 g pitted date
200 g sour single cream
200 g cream cheese
garlic clove, pressed
1 tsp harissa
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp mild curry powder
½ tsp salt

How it's done

Blitz the dates in a food processor, transfer to a bowl. Using the whisk on a hand mixer, whisk the dates with the sour single cream and all the other ingredients up to and including the salt, keep whisking until the mixture is smooth.
