1 kg waxy potatoes, cut into wedges
  salted water, boiling
50 g butter, cut into pieces

How it's done

Cook the potatoes (uncovered) in boiling salted water over a medium heat for approx. 15 mins. until soft. Drain the potatoes, return to the pan, top with the knobs of butter.
