Ingredients

for 4 person

500 g different coloured cherry tomatoes, halved
Mozzarellas di bufala (buffalo mozzarella), sliced
2 tbsp basil leaves
2 tbsp olive oil
a little  sea salt
a little  pepper

How it's done

Plate up the tomatoes and mozzarella. Garnish with basil, drizzle with oil, add a sprinkling of fleur de sel and pepper.
