Coleslaw salad
Ingredients
for 4 person
1 tbsp | hot mustard |
3 tbsp | lemon juice |
3 tbsp | mayonnaise |
150 g | plain yoghurt |
1 tsp | liquid honey |
1 | onion, finely chopped |
¾ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
500 g | white cabbage, shredded |
150 g | carrots, shredded |
How it's done
Dressing
Combine the mustard with all the other ingredients up to and including the onion, season.
Salad
Mix the cabbage and carrot with the dressing, cover and leave to infuse at room temperature for approx. 30 mins.
