Ingredients

for 4 person

2 tbsp light rice vinegar
3 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
1 pinch salt
a little  pepper

How it's done

Combine the vinegar with all the other ingredients up to and including the coriander, season.
