Ingredients

for 4 person

2 tbsp herbal vinegar
2 tbsp Hemp oil
2 tbsp olive oil
shallot, finely chopped
2 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
organic lemon, use only half of grated zest
1 tbsp liquid honey
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper

How it's done

Combine the vinegar with all the other ingredients up to and including the honey, season.
