Ingredients

1 tsp mustard
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
4 tbsp rapeseed oil
2 tbsp plain yoghurt
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper

How it's done

Combine the mustard with all the other ingredients up to and including the yoghurt, season.
