Ingredients

for 4 person

2 tbsp apple vinegar
2 tbsp rapeseed oil
150 g plain greek yoghurt
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper
cucumber, halved, deseeded if necessary, sliced
3 sprig dill, finely chopped

How it's done

Combine the vinegar and oil, stir in the yoghurt, season. Add the cucumber and dill, mix.
