Cucumber salad
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 2 tbsp | apple vinegar |
| 3 tbsp | rapeseed oil |
| 150 g | plain greek yoghurt |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 1 | cucumber, halved, deseeded if necessary, sliced |
| 1 tbsp | dill, finely chopped |
How it's done
Combine the vinegar and oil, stir in the yoghurt, season. Mix in the cucumber and dill.
