Peanut butter dip

Ingredients

for 1 dl

70 g peanut butter
2 tbsp soy sauce
½  lime, use only the juice
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp ginger, grated
red chilli, deseeded, cut into rings
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ bunch coriander, finely chopped

How it's done

Mix the peanut butter with all the ingredients up to and including coriander, stirring until smooth.
