Ingredients

for 2 dl

2 bunch basil, roughly chopped
garlic cloves, squeezed
2 tbsp pine nuts, roasted
3 tbsp grated Parmesan
1 ½ dl olive oil (not cold-pressed)
  salt to taste

How it's done

In a food processor, puree the basil with all the other ingredients up to and including the oil, season with salt.
