Green pesto
Ingredients
for 2 dl
| 2 bunch | basil, roughly chopped |
| 2 | garlic cloves, squeezed |
| 2 tbsp | pine nuts, roasted |
| 3 tbsp | grated Parmesan |
| 1 ½ dl | olive oil (not cold-pressed) |
| salt to taste |
How it's done
In a food processor, puree the basil with all the other ingredients up to and including the oil, season with salt.
