Mocha coffee
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 6 dl | milk |
| 4 tbsp | cocoa powder |
| 2 tbsp | cane sugar |
| 1 dl | espresso |
| 50 g | milk chocolate, finely chopped |
| 2 tbsp | Williams |
| 1 dl | cream, beaten until stiff |
| 1 tbsp | caramel cream with salted butter |
How it's done
Hot chocolate
Thoroughly mix the milk, cocoa powder and sugar, bring to the boil, remove the pan from the heat. Add the espresso and chocolate, cover and leave to stand for approx. 5 mins, stir until smooth. Divide the Williams brandy among the mugs, pour in the chocolate.
Whipped cream topping
Spoon the whipped cream onto the chocolate, drizzle with caramel crème.
