Raclette nachos
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 200 g | tortilla chips, coarsely crushed |
| 300 g | Cheddar, coarsely grated |
| 2 tbsp | sambal oelek |
| 50 g | preserved jalapeño peppers in slices |
How it's done
Raclette nachos
Place the nachos in the raclette pans, top with the cheese, sambal oelek and jalapeños.
Melt under a raclette grill for approx. 8 mins.
