Raclette nachos
200 g tortilla chips, coarsely crushed
300 g Cheddar, coarsely grated
2 tbsp sambal oelek
50 g preserved jalapeño peppers in slices

How it's done

Raclette nachos

Place the nachos in the raclette pans, top with the cheese, sambal oelek and jalapeños.

Melt under a raclette grill for approx. 8 mins.
