Raclette pizza with mozzarella balls
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 1 | pizza dough, rolled into a rectangle (approx. 25 x 38 cm) |
| 200 g | tomato sauce |
| 180 g | mozzarella balls, cut in half |
| 80 g | ham in slices, cut into strips |
| salt and pepper to taste |
How it's done
Pizza
Cut the dough into 16 pieces and bake in batches on the raclette oven grill for approx. 2 mins. each side.
Raclette pizza
Divide the pizza bases among the raclette pans, cover the pizza bases with tomato sauce, top with cheese and ham, season. Finish cooking under a raclette oven grill, in batches, for approx. 10 mins.
