Raclette with sweet potatoes
Ingredients
for 4 person
300 g | sweet potatoes, very thinly sliced |
1 tsp | Maizena cornflour |
½ tbsp | olive oil |
½ tsp | salt |
800 g | raclette cheese in slices (e.g. garlic raclette cheese) |
1 | spring onion incl. green part, cut into rings |
2 tbsp | rosemary, finely chopped |
How it's done
Sweet potatoes
Mix the potatoes with the cornflour, oil and salt, spread onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
To bake
Bake for approx. 20 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220°C.
Raclette
Place the raclette cheese in the raclette pans, top with the sweet potatoes and onion, sprinkle with rosemary. Melt under a raclette oven grill for approx. 8 mins.
