Raclette with sweet potatoes

Ingredients

for 4 person

Sweet potatoes
300 g sweet potatoes, very thinly sliced
1 tsp Maizena cornflour
½ tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
Raclette
800 g raclette cheese in slices (e.g. garlic raclette cheese)
spring onion incl. green part, cut into rings
2 tbsp rosemary, finely chopped

How it's done

Sweet potatoes

Mix the potatoes with the cornflour, oil and salt, spread onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.

To bake

Bake for approx. 20 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220°C.

Raclette

Place the raclette cheese in the raclette pans, top with the sweet potatoes and onion, sprinkle with rosemary. Melt under a raclette oven grill for approx. 8 mins.
