Raclette Hawaii-style
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 800 g | raclette cheese in slices (e.g. raclette cheese with chilli) |
| 700 g | baby pineapples, quartered, cut into slices approx. 1 cm thick |
| 150 g | ham in slices, cut into thin slices |
| 1 tsp | curry powder |
How it's done
Raclette Hawaii-style
Place the cheese slices in the raclette pans, top with the pineapple and ham, season. Melt under a raclette oven grill for approx. 8 mins.
