Raclette Hawaii-style
800 g raclette cheese in slices (e.g. raclette cheese with chilli)
700 g baby pineapples, quartered, cut into slices approx. 1 cm thick
150 g ham in slices, cut into thin slices
1 tsp curry powder

How it's done

Raclette Hawaii-style

Place the cheese slices in the raclette pans, top with the pineapple and ham, season. Melt under a raclette oven grill for approx. 8 mins.
