Raclette with pears
Ingredients
for 4 person
230 g | pear halves in syrup, cut into wedges |
800 g | raclette cheese in slices (e.g. smoked raclette cheese) |
30 g | walnut kernels, coarsely chopped |
2 tbsp | honey |
How it's done
Raclette
Place the pear segments in portions in the raclette pans, top with slices of cheese, walnuts and ¼ tsp of honey per pan. Melt under a raclette oven grill for approx. 8 mins.
