Raclette with skin-on boiled potatoes
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 200 g | raclette potatoes, freshly cooked, thinly sliced |
| 800 g | raclette cheese in slices (e.g. cave-matured raclette cheese) |
| 5 | cornichons, in slices |
| 1 tsp | paprika |
How it's done
Raclette
Place the potato slices in the raclette pans, top with the slices of cheese and the gherkins, season. Melt under a raclette oven grill for approx. 8 mins.
