Raclette
200 g raclette potatoes, freshly cooked, thinly sliced
800 g raclette cheese in slices (e.g. cave-matured raclette cheese)
cornichons, in slices
1 tsp paprika

How it's done

Raclette

Place the potato slices in the raclette pans, top with the slices of cheese and the gherkins, season. Melt under a raclette oven grill for approx. 8 mins.
