Salt mixes
Ingredients
for 3 glasses
| 40 g | Banana chips |
| 1 tbsp | mild curry powder |
| 1 tbsp | chilli flakes |
| ¼ tsp | garlic powder |
| 1 tbsp | toasted sesame seeds |
| 100 g | salt |
| 1 tsp | peppercorn |
| 1 tbsp | dried rosemary |
| 3 tsp | dried flowers |
| 100 g | sea salt |
| 2 tbsp | dried tomatoes, roughly chopped |
| ½ tsp | cinnamon |
| ¼ tsp | garlic powder |
| 1 tsp | bourbon vanilla powder |
| 100 g | sea salt |
How it's done
Curried salt
In a food processor, finely grind the banana chips and all the ingredients up to and including sesame seeds. Mix in the salt, pour into a preserving jar, seal.
Fragrant Fleur de Sel
Using a pestle and mortar, finely crush the pepper and rosemary. Stir in the edible flowers and Fleur de Sel, pour into a preserving jar, seal.
Wintry salt mix
In a food processor, roughly grind the tomatoes and all the other ingredients, pour into a preserving jar, seal.
