Exotic red cabbage with sausage
Ingredients
for 4 person
1 tbsp | butter |
800 g | red cabbage, cut into strips approx. 5 mm wide |
600 g | Blaue St. Galler potato (blue potato), cut into approx. 2 cm cubes |
80 g | dried cranberry |
1 tsp | cumin |
3 dl | meat bouillon |
1 | Vaud sausage, cut into approx. 1 cm cubes |
some | coriander leaves |
How it's done
Cabbage
Heat the butter in a pan. Sauté the cabbage, potatoes, cranberries and caraway seeds. Pour in the stock. Arrange the sausage on top and cook, uncovered, over a medium heat for approx. 20 mins. then top with the coriander.
