Exotic red cabbage with sausage

Ingredients

for 4 person

Cabbage
1 tbsp butter
800 g red cabbage, cut into strips approx. 5 mm wide
600 g Blaue St. Galler potato (blue potato), cut into approx. 2 cm cubes
80 g dried cranberry
1 tsp cumin
3 dl meat bouillon
Vaud sausage, cut into approx. 1 cm cubes
some  coriander leaves

How it's done

Cabbage

Heat the butter in a pan. Sauté the cabbage, potatoes, cranberries and caraway seeds. Pour in the stock. Arrange the sausage on top and cook, uncovered, over a medium heat for approx. 20 mins. then top with the coriander.
