Ingredients

for 12 pieces

Dough
500 g multi grain flour
1 tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
½ cube yeast (approx. 20 g)
100 g dried sour apricot, roughly chopped
100 g dried apple segment, roughly chopped
50 g almond
3 ½ dl milk water (1/2 milk, 1/2 water)
Shape
1 tbsp milk
1 tbsp sesame seeds

How it's done

Dough

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients up to and including the almonds. Add the liquid, mix and knead into a soft dough. Cover and leave to rise at room temperature for approx. 1½ hrs. until doubled in size.

Shape

Divide the dough into 12 portions, shape into round bread rolls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush with milk and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Bake

Place the tray in the centre of an oven preheated to 240°C. Immediately reduce the temperature to 200 °C and bake for approx. 20 mins. Remove from the oven, leave to cool on a cooling rack.
