Purple potato pizza
Ingredients
for 4 person
2 | pizza dough, rolled into a circle (approx. 28 cm in diameter) |
200 g | double cream cheese (e.g. Philadelphia) |
300 g | Blaue St. Galler potatoes (blue potatoes), cut into slices approx. 2 mm thick |
1 | red onion, cut into rings |
150 g | soft goats' cheese |
40 g | leaf spinach |
How it's done
Pizza
Place the dough with the baking paper on 2 oven trays, top with the cream cheese, then the potatoes and onions. Scatter the soft goats' cheese on top.
Bake
Each tray for approx. 16 mins. on the bottom shelf of an oven preheated to 240°C. Scatter the spinach on top.
