Red Christmas punch

Ingredients

for 4 glasses

4 dl water
2 dl white wine
3 tbsp elderflower syrup
2 bag rose hip tea
2 stick lemongrass, cut into pieces
cinnamon stick
vanilla pod

How it's done

Bring the water to the boil with all the ingredients up to and including the vanilla seeds, remove the pan from the hob, cover and leave to steep for approx. 15 mins. Pour through a sieve into the warmed glasses.
