Turmeric energy balls
Ingredients
for 18 scoops
| 100 g | rolled oats |
| 75 g | date, finely chopped |
| 75 g | ground almonds |
| 3 tbsp | coconut oil |
| 1 tbsp | maple syrup |
| 1 tsp | turmeric |
| 1 tsp | cinnamon |
| 2 pinch | salt |
How it's done
In a bowl, mix the rolled oats with all the other ingredients. With wet hands, shape into approx. 18 balls, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
To bake
Approx. 15 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 160°C. Remove from the oven, leave to cool on a cooling rack.
