Lobster with vanilla butter
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 1 | Fine Food Hummer (approx. 500 g) |
| 1 tbsp | butter |
| 2 | pak choi, sliced |
| 2 pinch | sea salt |
| 2 tbsp | butter |
| 1 | vanilla pod |
| a little | sea salt |
How it's done
Lobster
Break off the shell from the tail, claws and legs using poultry scissors.
Carefully remove the lobster meat.
Using a sharp knife, cut into the top of the lobster tail and remove the insides.
Pak choi
Heat the butter in a frying pan, sauté the pak choi for approx. 2 mins., season with salt.
Remove the pak choi and keep warm. Heat the butter and vanilla in the same frying pan. Fry the lobster meat over a medium heat for approx. 1 min. all over. Plate up the lobster and pak choi, drizzle with the vanilla butter, sprinkle with salt.
