Raspberry and coconut ice lollies
Ingredients
for 6 pieces
1 | banana, ripe |
80 g | raspberries |
2 ½ dl | coconut milk |
2 tbsp | maple syrup |
30 g | dark chocolate |
2 tsp | coconut flake |
2 tsp | raspberry crumble, dried, roughly chopped |
2 tsp | pistachios, coarsely chopped |
How it's done
Ice lollies
Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth. Pour the mixture into the ice lolly moulds, freeze for approx. 4 hrs.
Toppings
Briefly dip the lollies in hot water to remove them from the moulds. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, drizzle over the ice lollies. Decorate with the coconut flakes, raspberries and pistachios.
