Raclette tarte flambées
Ingredients
for 4 person
a little | oil |
1 | spring onion, cut into thin rings |
200 g | red chicory (e.g. Trevisano), halved lengthwise, thinly sliced |
2 tbsp | honey |
1 | tarte flambée dough, rolled into a rectangle |
100 g | crème fraîche |
200 g | raclette cheese, finely grated |
80 g | diced bacon |
a little | pepper |
How it's done
Chicory
Heat the oil in a frying pan, briefly sauté the onion. Stir fry the chicory for approx. 4 mins. Stir in the honey.
Tarte flambée pieces
Divide the tarte flambée dough into 18 rectangles, spread 1/2 tbsp of crème fraîche on each. Grill in batches on the raclette grill for approx. 9 mins. each.
Mini raclette tarte flambées
Place the grilled tarte flambée pieces in the raclette pans. Top with the chicory, cheese and bacon, season. Melt under the raclette grill for approx. 7 mins. each.
