Ice cream sandwiches
100 g chocolate ice cream, slightly defrosted
2 tbsp unsalted, shelled pistachios, coarsely chopped
biscuit (e.g. chocolate cookies)
Vanilla ice cream sandwich
20 g blueberry
20 g pomegranate seeds
150 g vanilla ice cream, slightly defrosted
biscuit (e.g. wafers)
Blueberry ice cream sandwich
100 g blueberry ice cream
16  butter biscuit (e.g. sablé)
10 g Karma gefriergetrocknete Früchte Crispy Berries & Apple, coarsely chopped
1 tbsp chocolate sprinkles (e.g. white chocolate sprinkles)
Mango sorbet sandwich
100 g mango sorbet
biscuits (e.g. chocolate chip cookies)
blackberries, sliced
strawberries, sliced

How it's done

Ice cream sandwiches

Mix the ice cream with the pistachios. Spoon approx. 2 tbsp of ice cream onto 4 separate biscuits, top with the remaining biscuits. Freeze the biscuit sandwiches for approx. 30 mins.

Vanilla ice cream sandwich

Mix the blueberries and pomegranate seeds into the ice cream. Spoon approx. 4 tbsp of ice cream onto 4 separate biscuits, top with the remaining biscuits. Freeze the ice cream sandwiches for approx. 20 mins.

Blueberry ice cream sandwich

Spoon approx. 1 tbsp of ice cream onto 8 separate biscuits, top with the remaining biscuits. Press the berries and chocolate sprinkles into the ice cream around the sides, freeze the ice cream sandwiches for approx. 1 hr.

Mango sorbet sandwich

Spoon approx. 1 tbsp of mango sorbet onto 4 separate biscuits, top with the berries. Cover with approx. 1 tbsp of mango sorbet and top with the remaining biscuits. Freeze the sorbet sandwiches for approx. 20 mins.
