Sweet potato masala
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 340 g | Karma Bio Tikka Masala Sauce |
| 1 stick | lemongrass, core finely chopped |
| ½ bunch | coriander, stems finely chopped, greens set aside |
| 1 dl | vegetable bouillon |
| 2 | sweet potatoes (approx. 800 g), peeled, diced |
| 260 g | peas |
| 130 g | Karma Bio schwarze Bohnen |
| salt and pepper to taste | |
| 2 | naan breads (e.g. Patak's) |
How it's done
Masala
Bring the masala sauce, lemongrass and coriander stems to the boil in a pan while stirring, pour in the stock.
Vegetables
Add the sweet potatoes to the sauce, simmer over a low heat for approx. 8 mins. Add the peas and beans, simmer for approx. 2 mins. while stirring, season. Tear off the reserved coriander leaves, sprinkle on top, serve with the naan bread.
