Ingredients

for 2 person

Masala
340 g Karma Bio Tikka Masala Sauce
1 stick lemongrass, core finely chopped
½ bunch coriander, stems finely chopped, greens set aside
1 dl vegetable bouillon
Vegetables
sweet potatoes (approx. 800 g), peeled, diced
260 g peas
130 g Karma Bio schwarze Bohnen
  salt and pepper to taste
naan breads (e.g. Patak's)

How it's done

Masala

Bring the masala sauce, lemongrass and coriander stems to the boil in a pan while stirring, pour in the stock.

Vegetables

Add the sweet potatoes to the sauce, simmer over a low heat for approx. 8 mins. Add the peas and beans, simmer for approx. 2 mins. while stirring, season. Tear off the reserved coriander leaves, sprinkle on top, serve with the naan bread.
