Pear & cheese toasties
Ingredients
for 2 person
4 slice | half-white bread |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
1 | pear, thinly sliced |
1 tsp | Pro Montagna Berg-Gewürz für Raclette und Fondue |
150 g | Pro Montagna Bergkäse, thinly sliced |
a little | pepper |
How it's done
Cheese toasties
Spread both sides of the bread with oil, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Arrange the pear slices on top, sprinkle with the spice mix and top with the cheese.
To bake
Approx. 15 mins. in an oven preheated to 200 °C (convection).
