Cheese toasties
4 slice half-white bread
2 tbsp olive oil
pear, thinly sliced
1 tsp Pro Montagna Berg-Gewürz für Raclette und Fondue
150 g Pro Montagna Bergkäse, thinly sliced
a little  pepper

How it's done

Cheese toasties

Spread both sides of the bread with oil, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Arrange the pear slices on top, sprinkle with the spice mix and top with the cheese.

To bake

Approx. 15 mins. in an oven preheated to 200 °C (convection).
