Grilled tomato & mozzarella baguettes
Ingredients
for 4 person
4 | baguettes (each approx. 100 g) |
1 glass | basil pesto (approx. 130 g) |
300 g | mozzarella, halved and sliced |
4 | tomatoes, halved and sliced |
4 piece | aluminium foil (approx. 20 x 30 cm each) |
How it's done
To fill
Make crosswise incisions in the baguettes at intervals of approx. 2 cm. Spread pesto into the incisions, then fill with the mozzarella and tomato slices. Place the baguettes on the foil and wrap well.
To grill
Charcoal/gas/electric grill:
Grill the baguettes all over over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C for approx. 10 mins.
