for 4 person

To fill
baguettes (each approx. 100 g)
1 glass basil pesto (approx. 130 g)
300 g mozzarella, halved and sliced
tomatoes, halved and sliced
4 piece aluminium foil (approx. 20 x 30 cm each)

How it's done

To fill

Make crosswise incisions in the baguettes at intervals of approx. 2 cm. Spread pesto into the incisions, then fill with the mozzarella and tomato slices. Place the baguettes on the foil and wrap well.

To grill

Charcoal/gas/electric grill:

Grill the baguettes all over over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C for approx. 10 mins.
