Blueberry & coconut smoothie bowl
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 2 | bananas, ripe, sliced, frozen |
| 300 g | blueberries, fresh or frozen |
| 300 g | coconut milk yoghurt (e.g. KARMA Jocos Natural) |
| 1 tsp | maple syrup |
| 1 tsp | vanilla paste |
| 5 | ice cubes |
| 2 tbsp | crispy muesli (e.g. KARMA Blueberry Chia Granola) |
| 10 g | dark chocolate, chopped |
| 20 g | blueberries, fresh or frozen |
| 1 tbsp | coconut milk yoghurt |
How it's done
Smoothie bowl
Remove the bananas from the freezer approx. 5 mins. prior to use. Using a food processor or blender, puree the bananas with all the remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour the smoothie into bowls.
Topping
Sprinkle all of the ingredients on top of the smoothie bowls, serve immediately.
