These ice lollies are definitely the healthy version of the standard lolly on a stick. The reason being, they contain no added sugar. In fact, you can turn any smoothie into an ice lolly. I recommend using frozen fruit. This makes the mixture firmer and the ice lolly is ready quicker. Now I'm picturing a nice long summer and a freezer full of smoothie ice lollies. Ingredients

for 8 pieces

2 dl orange juice
1 dl beetroot juice
120 g frozen raspberries
120 g frozen blueberries
2 tbsp cashew nuts

How it's done

Puree all the ingredients in a food processor/blender. Pour the mixture into the ice lolly moulds, freeze for 4-5 hrs.
