Sauerkraut and potato dumplings

Ingredients

for 4 person

80 g diced bacon
500 g Betty Bossi Schupfnudeln
500 g cooked sauerkraut
½ tsp salt
a little  pepper

How it's done

Without adding any oil, stir fry the diced bacon in a wide frying pan for approx. 2 mins. Add the dumplings and stir fry for a further 5 mins. Add the sauerkraut, cook for another 5 mins., season.
