Avocado salad with cottage cheese and smoked salmon
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 2 | avocados, halved, cut into strips |
| ½ | Chinese cabbage, cut into strips |
| 1 | red onion, cut into strips |
| 100 g | smoked salmon, torn into pieces |
| 200 g | plain cottage cheese |
| 1 tbsp | coarse-grain mustard |
| 3 tbsp | lemon juice |
| 4 tbsp | rapeseed oil |
| 1 tbsp | liquid honey |
| 1 tbsp | chervil, finely chopped |
| salt and pepper to taste | |
| a little | chervil, to garnish |
How it's done
Salad
Mix together the ingredients, serve on 4 plates.
Salad dressing
Combine all the ingredients, season. Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving, garnish with the chervil.
