Ingredients

Fill the bread
Ticino bread (approx. 320 g)
2 tbsp mustard
dried fig, sliced
apple, sliced
250 g mountain cheese, coarsely grated
30 g walnut kernel, coarsely chopped

20 g cress

How it's done

Fill the bread

Make approx. 10 incisions in the bread so that it does not fall apart. Brush the incisions with mustard. Place the bread on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place figs, apples and cheese into the incisions. Sprinkle the nuts over the top.

Bake

Approx. 12 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 220°C. Remove and scatter the cress on top.
