Carrot & honey mustard quiche with sesame seeds
Ingredients
for 4 person
1 | whole-grain pastry dough, rolled into a circle |
2 tbsp | breadcrumbs |
10 | spring carrots (approx. 600 g) |
2 dl | full cream |
4 | eggs |
2 tbsp | honey mustard |
2 tbsp | black sesame seeds |
1 tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
How it's done
Quiche
Place the pastry in a tin (approx. 30 cm Ø) along with the baking paper. Prick firmly with a fork, cover with the breadcrumbs. Trim the green part of the carrots to approx. 3 cm long. Mix the cream, eggs, mustard and sesame seeds, season, pour on top of the pastry. Place the carrots in the sauce.
To cook
Bake for approx. 35 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C.
