One pot Mac'n'cheese
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 200 g | elbow macaroni (fine) |
| 6 dl | milk |
| ¾ tsp | salt |
| 100 g | grated Gruyère |
| a little | pepper |
| ½ bunch | flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped |
How it's done
Mac'n'Cheese
Add the macaroni, milk and salt to a pan and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat, simmer for approx. 7 mins., stirring occasionally. Add the cheese, continue cooking the macaroni for approx. 3 mins. while stirring, season, add the parsley, serve immediately.
