Tortelloni with figs
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 250 g | tortelloni with spinach & ricotta filling |
| salted water boiling |
| 40 g | hazelnuts, coarsely chopped |
| 2 | figs, thinly sliced |
| 2 tbsp | butter |
| 2 sprig | sage, leaves torn off |
How it's done
Tortelloni
Prepare the pasta according to the packet instructions, drain.
Topping
Without adding any oil, toast the nuts in a frying pan for approx. 3 mins., set aside. Add the sliced figs to the same pan, fry on both sides for approx. 1 min., remove, set aside. Heat the butter in the same pan. Add the sage, heat until the butter foams, smells nutty and the sage leaves are crispy. Add the tortelloni, mix carefully, top with reserved nuts and figs.
