Wheatgrass lassi
Ingredients
for 2 person
25 g | wheatgrass (organic) |
1 ½ dl | coconut water |
180 g | natural soya |
½ | cucumber, roughly chopped |
1 | mango, cut into pieces |
1 | lime, the whole juice |
1 cm | ginger, finely grated |
How it's done
Place the wheatgrass and coconut water in a blending cup, puree until smooth (approx. 1 min.), pour through a sieve, puree with the remaining ingredients.
