Ingredients

Muesli
180 g whole-grain rolled oats
apple, grated
2 ½ dl almond drink
200 g natural soya
25 g raisins
1 tbsp walnut kernel, chopped
2 tbsp flaked almonds
1 tbsp cane sugar
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp orange juice
Toppings
50 g raspberries
50 g blueberries
50 g strawberries
banana, sliced
50 g pomegranate seeds
1 tsp coconut flake
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp mixed nuts, chopped

How it's done

Muesli

Mix all the ingredients, cover and refrigerate overnight.

Toppings

Serve the muesli in bowls, top with the berries, bananas and remaining ingredients.
