Vegan Birchermuesli
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 180 g | whole-grain rolled oats |
| 1 | apple, grated |
| 2 ½ dl | almond drink |
| 200 g | natural soya |
| 25 g | raisins |
| 1 tbsp | walnut kernel, chopped |
| 2 tbsp | flaked almonds |
| 1 tbsp | cane sugar |
| 1 tbsp | maple syrup |
| 1 tbsp | orange juice |
| 50 g | raspberries |
| 50 g | blueberries |
| 50 g | strawberries |
| 1 | banana, sliced |
| 50 g | pomegranate seeds |
| 1 tsp | coconut flake |
| 1 tsp | chia seeds |
| 1 tbsp | mixed nuts, chopped |
How it's done
Muesli
Mix all the ingredients, cover and refrigerate overnight.
Toppings
Serve the muesli in bowls, top with the berries, bananas and remaining ingredients.
