Papaya & banana smoothie bowl
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 2 | bananas |
| 600 g | papaya, halved, deseeded |
| 50 ml | soya drink |
| 2 ½ tsp | coconut palm sugar |
| ¼ tsp | cinnamon |
| 10 | ice cube |
| 2 tbsp | Karma Coconut Chips Sweet |
| 7 | strawberries, sliced |
| 1 | banana, sliced |
| 100 g | raspberry |
How it's done
Smoothie bowl
Remove the bananas from the freezer approx. 7 mins. prior to use. Slice the bananas.
Puree the bananas, papaya and all the other ingredients, transfer to a bowl.
Topping
Dry-roast the coconut chips in a non-stick frying pan until golden brown.
Sprinkle the coconut chips, strawberries, sliced banana and raspberries on top of the smoothie, serve immediately.
