Pasta salad
Ingredients
for 4 person
250 g | pasta (e.g. fusilli) |
salted water, boiling |
3 tbsp | white balsamic vinegar |
4 tbsp | olive oil |
1 | organic lemon, use just half of grated zest |
¾ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
1 glass | grilled vegetables in oil |
5 | dried tomatoes in oil |
120 g | mozzarella pearl |
50 g | pitted black olives |
2 tbsp | pine nuts, toasted |
100 g | rocket |
How it's done
Pasta
Cook the noodles in salted water until al dente, drain.
Dressing
Mix the balsamic, oil and lemon zest in a bowl, season. Add the pasta.
Salad
Add the grilled vegetables and all the remaining ingredients, mix.
